Hello I am currently living in a share house, I am the primary tenant and have just had my housemate the move out, well in the process of moving out but more or less. Therefore I’m looking for someone to team up with.
I have lived with guys and girls, I get along with both, I love to be friends, chat, have dinners together and let you live how you like, while I also love boundaries, privacy, and to do my own thing most of the time.
I am a 23 yo electrician, I’m out the door at 5.30am and home around 4pm. I cook most night, I do a whole house clean every Sunday and make sure my house and lawn looks brand new all year round.
I’m pet friendly but you are responsible for anything they break or stain. Happy to negotiate room situation, storage or anything else.
