Hoping to find someone to rent out a room in this beautiful villa property.

Located at the ‘The Vistas’, this property is located in a quiet community, beautiful trees and nature and is right across from the vista pool!

I am seeking a female housemate (30+ years) who would love a place to relax, feel safe and enjoy their own happy space.

$300/ week + halves in electricity and internet will include 1 room.

Bond will be $1000 + 2 weeks rent.

However if you would love an extra room for an office, a gaming room or hobby space, you can rent out both rooms for $350. (Only looking for a single female tenant)

You will have access to majority of the house most of the time, as I work and spend time in my room.

I am seeking a female housemate ONLY, who is working full time. No Couples or children.

And no further pets allowed, sorry.

We would share the electricity bill (averages $65 per month, (in total) for both of us as there is solar) and internet $99 in total per month).

The complex is very peaceful and we have a back yard, BBQ and an awesome undercover area. I already have the majority of appliances, so everything is ready to go!

The room can come furnished with a queen bed and mattress. Or happy to leave it blank for you.

The bathroom comes with a bath and huge shower. Every window and door is secure with security screens. There is a single lock up garage and ample visitor parking spaces.

It’s a very beautiful and peaceful house. Very safe and the community and neighbors are very friendly.
