🏡 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom modern house in Tranmere. Close to Morialta Falls if you love getting outdoors/hiking, Norwood Parade and the city. Easy walking distance to Shopping Centre, public transport, the pub, Ryderwear gym, local parks, ovals and tennis courts. 

🌳 Large backyard and secure outdoor area along with light filled modern kitchen including Smeg appliances and two living areas. 

🔹 Double car garage we use for extra storage. Plenty of room in driveway for 2 cars and ample off-street parking. 

🔹Bathroom includes bathtub and adjacent shower, with toilet and vanity separate. Sharing with just one other housemate as I have an ensuite in the main bedroom.
🌳 Lawnmower and some other garden equipment/tools in the backyard shed and can be utilised for additional storage.
📝 With respect, no couples, full time WFH or raging party goers.
🟣 one housemate has a cat that mostly keeps to itself in the main bedroom. No other pets are allowed as terms of the lease, as well as No Smoking at the property🚭

Bills and expenses

💰 Rent is $265 week + $28 month for unlimited internet. All other bills are split 3 ways. 2 weeks ($530) required as a bond We also have a fortnightly cleaner come to the house which has been around $29 each 🙂
