Description of the home

We are a couple (37 f, and 41 m) are looking for someone to join our little oasis in the suburbs. We have a semi-furnished master bedroom with an ensuite and walk-in robe waiting for the right person/s - it is ready to move in immediately.

The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and is fully furnished and air conditioned. We both work from home and use the smallest bedroom as our office. There is a small courtyard garden with a pond and plentiful fruit trees. We also have a garage with bike racks and some space for storage. You would have a spacious Master bedroom, walk-in-robe, and ensuite. This currently has a double bed in it that comes with the room. Getting the room unfurnished is negotiable for the right person.

The house is 4km north of the city, on a bus route and close to the Gawler Train Line. It is a 10 min walk from the nearest supermarket. We normally take the bus or cycle into the city, both of which take about 20-25 minutes.
