It’s a 2 bedroom house with 2 lounges, a cute backyard, lots of natural light (plants lovee it🌿) and a gorgeous kitchen with a gas stove.

Located in Plympton, it’s a 10 minute drive from the beach AND the city. The closest tram stop is not even a 2 minute walk away, plus there is an Aldi and Coles around the corner.

There is room in the 2nd lounge to make it your own. There’s also a gorgeous solid wood Queen bed frame in the room but otherwise it’s unfurnished. The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the house so there’s a nice level of privacy and lots of space to charge your social battery. My landlord is a kind and lovely person who brings me lemons when he inspects the place. He cares for his front lawn to be looked after (it’s small and easy to maintain) and the house to be clean. I have a really nice neighbour who occasionally mows my lawn when I’m at work which is also so sweet! My lease states no pets allowed unfortunately, but plant parents are more than welcome!! 🌻🌵🪴
