Description of the home

My partner and I are going to Canada and are hoping to rent out our room during this period. Move in date can be flexible anywhere in December. Move out date will be around February 17/02.

Rent is $250 per week including all bills and a fully furnished room with a queen bed, tv and lots of storage. Couples are welcome for $300 a week. Bond is $600.

The house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay:

All you need to bring is yourself.

The house is located in beautiful Parkside just a 5 minute walk from the shops and 4kms away from city centre. The house is incredibly cozy with beautiful high ceilings that makes everything so spacious. The house is on a no through road making it very quiet and is right next to a gorgeous park perfect for those summer days!

About the occupants
The house has 3 other housemates:

Jachin (22): an extremely creative and talented musician. He is very kind and always down for a chat but very busy touring and always out for gigs!

Lily (22): an amazing glassblower! Such a gem and a bundle of joy but is always out working or at the local pub :)

Tala (27): another amazing glassblower. The sweetest and most easy going girl that is an absolute green thumb and keeps the house thriving full of plants. Always down for a chat but very chill.

Very chill house. More than welcome to have friends over etc. But not really a party house.
