The house is a sweet deal as it is privately rented and we have a positive relationship with the landlord - we’ve been here for nearly 8 years! We are conveniently located close to South Rd and Henley Beach Road (think shops, bus stops, cafes, gym, etc.)

The house has three bedrooms, two shared living areas, a recently renovated kitchen, new flooring in the living area, a shared bathroom, a separate toilet, off-street parking (with lockable manual gates for security), and a large lockable shed for storage.
