We are several kilometers from the city - you could walk there. There is a bus stop a hundred meters away and close to schools, shops and local amenities. There is a separate lounge room.
It is a quiet neighborhood. We also have several small dogs (Moodles) and cats that we have adopted through animal rescue.

About the occupants
My wife and I have lived in this house for some 20 years and have brought up 3 kids - all of whom have now left home. The youngest does however return during university holidays since he is studying in Queensland. We have a whole upper floor that is effectively not being used. We love our privacy and are looking for someone that will respect our space.
