Description of the home

We have an amazing townhouse right opposite coopers stadium. It is a 5 minute walk to the entertainment centre, which also has a tram stop to the city. There is also a bus stop at the end of the street.
The house is amazing! It is modern and 2 story, with and upstairs living and kitchen, plus the bedroom/ensuite on offer. Every room has ducted air conditioning and complete blockout blinds. House is fully furnished with all required appliances, couch, tv, etc.
It is the perfect location, a 1 minute walk from the amazing national award winning cafe, pony and Cole, and is also a 10-15 minute drive from; henly square, cbd, port Adelaide, and 20 minutes to Glenelg.
It was limited in what applicants I could put as accepting of, but looking for a 18-25 year old housemate, student, full time worker, or part time accepted, not too fussed as long as it is the right fit really.
