The place is tidy and well-maintained, with a fully furnished bedroom available for you, complete with a sliding wardrobe, bedside table, drawer space and a TV. You’ll have your own bathroom to use, which you’ll share with guests when they come over (my ensuite is separate). The house also has reverse-cycle heating/cooling, and there’s a quaint little backyard with furniture. On-street parking is just around the corner for your convenience.
The location is within walking distance to Tamblin Train Station, or just a short drive to Gawler Train Station. It’s also only a 5-minute drive to Gawler’s main street for shopping, cafes, and all the essentials.
