The room is available from early January, possibly a few weeks earlier if needed. It has basic storage that can be used or not. It's currently lived in and the room is set up how he has it, it can be changed around and laid out how you like - but the bed cant be moved much other than to the side. It has basic essentials like powerboard, fan/heater, extension cord. Any other electrical items than phone, laptop, tv need to be negotiated ie aicon, fridge. You have use of the fridge and shared spaces - the lounge has aircon.

I have a lovely home and looking for the right person to rent a room to.

I have an awesome garden with food for caring for and eating. That’s for sharing as is the lounge, bathroom, kitchen, and space is provided for your food and needs. The office, training room, and my bedroom are for my use only - you’re not paying half the rent due to this.

I run my training business from there but it’s not noisy and very small classes of 3-4 people a max of 3 nights and up and 2 mornings a week.

It’s not a party house - I work part time and have fatigue issues so do keep to myself a bit but am friendly and do my own food but happy to break bread together from time to time.

I do smoke “at the moment” but outside and working on cutting down and quitting. ASAP!

I’m Andria
I’m almost 45 and have a wonderful dog called Buddy who is my bestie. He’s 12 and has arthritis so he has meds and some pain. He’s super loving and friendly.

I work as a support worker and run my own coaching and PT/ training business as well - that’s from home, only a few nights a week & very low key and non intrusive.

I’m passionate about supporting people to achieve their goals - while I achieve mine! And making things that help people, like courses and writing books.

I’m happy to meet and show you around and chat. Massive points if you like a garden with food and can help out a bit!

We’re not far from the beach at Christie’s beach - about a kilometre away.

I am ideally looking for just one person to move in would consider a couple for a short term working holiday stay. I’m a friendly sort, just not keen for lots of people around often, or often & late. That said, you're welcome to have people over, we just need to keep each other in mind and informed.
I mainly keep to myself and make my own food as I need, happy to share together when we can.
Description of pets
Buddy is the best guy. He’s 12 and has arthritis. Will insist on pats when he wants them but gee if you want one… 😂 he is kind and helpful when people are sad, likes to play but that needs to be limited now he’s old, and treats also limited due to be old (sucks to be him). He’s happy though and loves lying in the sun.
