Note: Friend and current housemate of 3 years due to vacate with end of lease on 16th of September. However, this apartment was already set up when I moved in, meaning most of the furniture is his.
However, I’ve arranged for brand new furniture and appliances to be delivered and installed as soon as the lease is up. It’ll require a little deco touch up, but should otherwise look pretty swanky.

Currently Healthcare Work, in the way of Support Work in the Disability Space.
Also dabble is catering side gigs occasionally.

- Pretty active with morning gym routine, occasional runs and anything else that pops up
- No family in Australia (Mum in Vienna, Sis in London), so my friends are very important to me
- Enjoy organising events for friends, catch ups, etc.
- Regular trips interstate
Cleanliness: Pretty important, for the pure fact that I wouldn't want to clean everything every time we have guests, and this of course works both ways, plus it makes things way more efficient
Relationship: Don't have to be my new BFF, but the occasional meal at the pub or a coffee from downstairs once a week helps to keep the peace and creates a better atmosphere. I have lived with plenty of people to date, most of which I am still in regular contact with. I am pretty good at adapting to people's habits but would ask that the person tries to do the same.
General: I am very much someone who treats others the way I expect to be treated. I am also happy to share most things, but there has to be ways in which this is reciprocated. e.g. If I ask you for any food items, I will find a way to return the favour.
