Communication: People have good & bad days, find a way to signal and I will respect your space
Cleanliness: Pretty important, for the pure fact that I wouldn't want to clean everything every time we have guests, and this of course works both ways, plus it makes things way more efficient
Relationship: Don't have to be my new BFF, but the occasional meal at the pub or a coffee from downstairs once a week helps to keep the peace and creates a better atmosphere. I have lived with plenty of people to date, most of which I am still in regular contact with. I am pretty good at adapting to people's habits but would ask that the person tries to do the same.
General: I am very much someone who treats others the way I expect to be treated. I am also happy to share most things, but there has to be ways in which this is reciprocated. e.g. If I ask you for any food items, I will find a way to return the favour.
