I hope this message finds you well. My name is Jonas Borges, and I am actively searching for a single room to rent for 6 months, starting on September 09. I will be moving to Brisbane for work during this time.
A bit about me: I am Brazilian, work a casual job in IT. I take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and respectful living space. I am friendly, and easy-going, and enjoy forming meaningful connections with my flatmates.
Ideally, I am looking for a single room that is conveniently located close to Brisbane City. Access to public transportation or being within a reasonable walking or biking distance from the city center would be highly desirable. Proximity to amenities like supermarkets, cafes, and recreational areas would also be a great advantage.
I am seeking a furnished room that provides a comfortable and conducive environment for both rest and study/work. If the room is in a shared house or apartment, I am more than happy to contribute to maintaining the common areas and fostering a friendly atmosphere with my fellow flatmates.
In terms of budget, my preferred rent range for the 6 months is between 250 to 290. I am open to discussing any additional costs or utilities associated with the rental arrangement.
