The space is private with your own entrance facing a backyard.
Fully furnished but can have your own bed if desired.
Bedroom, kitchen stove sink are all part of the one space.
Bathroom toilet and laundry are in a separate space.
We are a couple who live upstairs and are largely private with occasional visitors such as our young adult children who currently live interstate.
We are interested in an independent person who is a non smoker, tidy and also enjoys privacy in a peaceful setting. On street parking easily available.
