Description of the home

Two bedroom fully-furnished apartment with the second bedroom set up as a study (with a cheeky ocean view as your background). The study also has a peloton bike and some free weights that you are welcome to use.
The place is in a great location overlooking Tamarama beach, easy walk/bike to Bondi, Tamarama or Bronte. Cafes, restaurants, bars and shops on Bondi Road a few minutes walk away, with M Deli cafe just around the corner.
Amazing ocean view and a large balcony (including BBQ and outdoor furniture) to take it all in - a lovely spot for your morning coffee or for hosting a summer get together. You can even do some whale watching during season.
The home was newly remodeled 12 months ago and comes fully furnished, including everything from the bed, couch and TV to all of the kitchen appliances and equipment. There is an internal washer and dryer.
We are ideally looking for a person/couple for a 6 months sublet (start of December to start of June) as we will be out of Sydney over this period.
You may have noticed there are a also few plants in the apartment. If you have a bit of a green thumb and enjoy/are comfortable caring of them, we can leave some, or we can give them all to foster parents whilst we are away.
