Description of the home

I've been working interstate for a few months and have decided it's time to sublet my furnished apartment in Surry Hills.

The location is unrivaled - closed to gyms, supermarkets, restaurants, public transport and anything else you could want.

The apartment is bright and clean and has everything you could want including an internal laundry, highspeed internet and reverse-cycle air-conditioning.

If you're a nerd like me you'll appreciate that it's a smart apartment so everything is connected and voice operated.

There's even a BBQ on the balcony for those balmy summer evenings.

The building has a gym and sauna downstairs and I will throw in bills and my carpark.

I can be flexible on dates and duration but ultimately am looking for someone who'll look after my place as if it's your own.
