Private and peaceful.
This ensuite room is spacious with a small kitchenette that you can close off from view.
It has its own entrance and looks out into the garden and bushland. Living here feels like being on holiday!

You have your own barbeque spot in front of the room. There is access to the main laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and steam iron. The kitchenette is very basic but you are welcome to use the family kitchen if you have a need for more complex cooking or a friendly face. There is no oven but all manner of electric cooking devices are provided ( electric wok, rice cooker, two plate stove top, pressure cooker, microwave, etc.)

Our street is quiet, safe, and there are no homes across from us, thus a beautiful view and ample parking. We all park in the street. There is a bus stop on each end of our street and it's a 35 /45 min trip by bus to the city center. We are 5 min from both Killara Station and Gordon Station.

This granny flat is perfect if you're active or a nature lover. You'll enjoy watching the sun rise and set over bushland views and having easy access to trails. It's North facing with a covered balcony, making the room temperature ideal in both winter and summer. There is a ceiling fan and heater provided as an extra measure. A large private space for a single person, spacious enough for a couple but will then ask $500 rent.

About us: We are a family of 5, an environmental planner and professional artist with three sons, the eldest second year of engineering, the while the others are HSC and year 10. We are active, and love cooking and gardening.
