We are looking for a young lady to stay in our downstairs studio (approx. 40 sq m in total; 20 sq m inside and 20 sq m outside). It is the only room available atm since the main upstairs apartment has been leased by a group.

The room is a small studio but comes with its own kitchette with a sink and own washing machine.

You have your own private entrance with own shower and toilet and your own outdoor table with chairs.

A hot water kettle, toaster, cooking mantle, microwave and large refrigerator provided.

High speed internet is not included (and not guaranteed to be available) but still provided free at present.

The decor is different to that shown in the photos showing white furniture and white carpets! The carpets are now light brown and the furniture is modern contemporary.
