Other information
Looking for a flatmate! My husband Tom and I live in the house and are seeking someone to rent the studio. We have two small, lovable dogs, and both work full time. Tom works from home. The studio offers a peaceful and private living space, with an ensuite, and kitchenette. The studio can be partially furnished with a couch and cupboards, if desired. It has its own entrance through the side gate, access to a shared laundry and a large backyard. We're just a short walk from the local park and nestled near beautiful bushland, ideal for bushwalks. Conveniently, we are located right in front of a bus stop that provides easy access to Hornsby station. If you're looking for a comfortable and friendly place to call home, we’d love to hear from you!

About the occupants
Looking for a flatmate! My husband Tom and I live in the house and are seeking someone to rent the studio. We have two small, lovable dogs named Bailey and Alfie ,and we both work full time. Tom works from home.
Compatible people
We’re looking for a flatmate who is friendly and easygoing. If you enjoy socialising, that’s great—I’m always up for a chat or a drink. However, if you prefer to keep to yourself, that’s perfectly fine too. The most important thing is mutual respect and a relaxed atmosphere.
Description of pets
Bailey and Alfie are small poodle cross dogs. Bailey is ball obsessed and enjoys meeting new people. Alfie is a little more timid and reserved.
