Hey there! My housemate and I have a large master bedroom with a sunroom/study available for rent in our 3-bedroom house in Freshwater. The room is perfect for anyone looking for space and comfort. Rent is $460 per week for singles or $500 per week for couples.
The house is in a fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk to IGA, cafes, the beach, and bus stops, making it super convenient for daily essentials and public transport.
The lease is for 6 months, and we’re looking for someone to move in from March 25th. Please note that I have an indoor cat, so you’ll need to be comfortable with animals.
