Hi there,

Our names are Sally and Alasdair, we have recently moved into Banksia and have a 2 bedroom self-contained place for rent at the rear of our property.

We are asking $600pw for the 2 bedroom apartment with:
- washer and dryer
- new kitchen and bathroom
- air conditioning
- built in robes in both rooms
- an approx 60 square metre floor plan

It’s 7 mins walk from Banksia station, 14 mins from Rockdale station, 22 mins drive to city.

Would suit singles or couples. No pets, sorry.

Shared driveway and yard but the flat is on a raised part of the block so feels quite private. We will shortly build a dividing fence/wall to provide even more privacy.

It is situated next to a really beautiful green rock wall on one side and has good light and a nice outlook on the other.

We are a professional couple, just engaged but very young at heart and enjoying exploring the area.

We are keen to share with considerate, kind people who are used to being part of and contributing to a communal home. Open to the right kind of pets.

We are happy to do bills included if you are happy to pay rent in cash. We can try this for first 6-12 months with option to change/negotiate arrangement after this.
