No pets. No smoking/vaping. Suits clean, mature, independent person who can cooperate with on-site owner, who lives in a separate dwelling.
Weekly charge = $550 rent + $25 bills = $575. Options: add $10 for 5G Wifi; add $20 for additional package (includes bedding, sheets, towels, crockery, cutlery, utensils, additional furniture, appliances, kitchen items, use of laundry) OR $600 pw for everything.
