Hi all! We are a young family who have a seperate dwelling available to rent in the downstairs of our house in East Banora.
Own downstairs living with seperate bedroom, bathroom and study / sunroom (please see floor plan). Access to shared backyard with owners upstairs (young family with a small Bub and our border collie). Beautiful outlook and breezy, quiet area
Space for one car in secured gated space and seperate access to your own dwelling.
We can provide a mattress but everything else will need to be supplied.
Females (no single males sorry) or couples only and no pets allowed. Must have secure, ongoing work.
The place won’t be able to be viewed until 17th November to inspect. Please reach out to organise a time.
No parties allowed and additional guests will have to be notified to the owner prior to.
