This space being offered for rent is a fully self contained studio apartment with own Kitchen, Bathroom, Laundry. The space is located above a newly constructed garage and is 3 years old, very private and secure. The space is fully furnished with quality furniture fixtures and fittings. All bills are included within the price. There is plenty of storage for clothing. Fully furnished means you dont need to bring anything, just yourself and a suitcase. At this stage everything has been purchased accept bed linen which is considered to be a personal items. Heating and cooling is provided. A 55 inch smart TV is provided. Fast internet is provided for extensive use, movies download etc all inclusive. All new appliances (TV / Fridge / DW / WM / Dryer / AC). There is also a home office space set up with desk, chair and wide screen monitor.

Myself and my wife live in the main house. You have your own entrance to the studio, and so really this is like living on your own. There is a sunny landscaped yard area which can be shared as seen in the photos.

We are looking for a single person (not a couple) to rent out the studio. The ideal tenant has a steady income and is respectful of others. The way this studio is set up is for you to live very independently, securely, privately and in a very comfortable environment.

Transport - There is free on street parking for a vehicle. The Croxton Strain station is about 15 minutes walk. We are about 400m from the St Georges Rd tram stop.

The house is located close to the Northcote public golf course, Merri Creek trails and Ceres Environmental Park. The Thornbury high street is 800m away, and super market is apx 1500m.

Our preference is for a light or non drinker. Definitely no drugs here please.
