A fully self-contained, 1-bedroom unit with access to big, leafy backyard and garden in Templestowe, 5 minutes walk from Westerfolds Park and the Yarra River and from a good bus service to city.

$250 per week/ 1085 pcm (bills included)

The unit has a bedroom, kitchen/ lounge area, bathroom and outdoor courtyard area, off-street car park and separate entrance. Oven, cupboards and built-in robe in bedroom, and outdoor in courtyard a washing machine and dryer. Fridge inside also. Otherwise unfurnished.

It’s 20 minutes drive off peak to Fitzroy and has a shopping centre nearby. The nearby Yarra River and its trails and animals are beautiful.

We are a household of three independent, open-minded individuals – two female and one male, range of ages – who each have our own living spaces. We love the living arrangement, which allows each of us to go about our lives independently, yet connect with one another and maintain a warm, harmonious feel within the house and grounds.
Prefer someone working, open-minded and with a good spirit. Cat or pets but not dogs okay, (although council rules are that cats can’t leave the property perimeter.)

It is a generally peaceful space which is also cool in summer. Big backyard with veggie garden, fruit trees. Good heating. Even a rooftop good for yoga with views of the city.
