Renting my 1 Bedroom Unit while I'm overseas, so it'd be the Entire place.
Fully furnished, with an open plan living room kitchen, big bathroom, a beautiful sunny deck and yard space, and private carport.
It’s located right off the cool Broadway end of Reservoir with cafés and restaurants, just a 3 minute walk from Reservoir train station, 3 minutes to the local leisure centre with great gym, pool, spa & steam room facilities.

Only 5-20mins to Preston, Thornbury, Northcote, Collingwood and other trendy northside villages on the Mernda line or the 86 tram line, which is super closeby.

The house is airconditioned, has dishwasher, High-speed WiFi, fitted with smart electric devices that can be controlled using Alexa and save power. We also have heated tiles in the bathroom, a roller door car entrance for secure off street parking and outdoor security cameras for piece of mind. And No gas! It’s all-electric and efficient!

The garden has veggies growing if you’re into gardening, but it's also on reticulation and will maintain itself too. There’s also a worm farm if you’re feeling earthy 🌱

Rent, bond and an approximate amount for the bills will be paid in advance.

The 2nd room will be used as storage & locked (which is why we are renting the place as a 1 bedroom).
