This is a self-contained studio called ‘Journey’ in one of Melbourne's most coveted & leafy suburbs, privately positioned in a quiet tree-lined street.

It is 2 doors from Melbourne’s most popular beach - Elwood - in a suburb with every desirable amenity.

It is a 2 mins walk to the 3 different bus routes and 400m to shops, restaurants and bars.

The studio has a double bed, wardrobe, Wall-mounted flat screen TV, bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery & cutlery, a small cooker with 2 hot plates, a private bathroom, long built in desk, study desk and lounge chair.

There is also a large screen which can be used for a neutral background if making videos or doing auditions.

The studio has a separate entrance & private courtyard with Japanese style pond with blue yabbies!

All day Parking is available with an easily acquired council permit or there is free parking at either end of the short street.

You can park in the driveway of the main house by prior arrangement or when other users are away.

Tenants have access to the full house laundry and use of a 5-plate gas cooker when needed.

Large supermarkets are available within walking distance or by a nearby bus (3 short stops).
