I’m Looking for a responsible, clean & respectful individual to sublet this gem of a house in the heart of Brunswick East while I am taking care of some family obligations over seas.

It’s a Fully furnished - 2 bedroom (one room will be used for my storage while gone). TV, couch, plates, cooking utensils and lots of cook books galore are included.

There is a great backyard - with a bbq and ample space to chill out and a cosy bath if you need to really unwind.

5 mins to All the best restaurnts and bars on Lygon street including

The 1/6 trams

20 minutes walking or near a bus stop to Sydney Road.

So much to do and explore you will not go bored or hungry! And with spring in the air there are plenty of people out and about to chat with.

About 25 minutes into the city by either of the trams. Can get to Collingwood/Fitzroy and the Carlton Gardens via the 96 and the 1/6 trams will take you right into Carlton and the city.
