Bungalow
The bungalow is a separate residence at the back of the main house. Your space has three rooms, carpeted and semi furnished (bar fridge, basic cooking facilities and lounge) with shared access to our spacious backyard. There's no running water in the flat but prevous residents worked their way around that pretty easily by using water dispensers. You have a private toilet, shower and washing up facilities but they are separate to the bungalow. I have a washing machine which you are welcome to use. Good TV reception and WIFI (broadband is extra $20 per month).
It's a great location. A quiet street, short walking distance to public transport: local bus, Anstey train station and Sydney Rd or Melville Rd trams.
Ideal for over 30s single. My preference is for a long term tenant. We live separately but in close proximity.
If this set up suits it’s likely you will stay for a while. My previous tenants each stayed four years.
No pets, no smoking inside, preferably someone of sober habits. On street parking.
Rental references and a verifiable income essential.
Bond $950 plus 2 weeks rent in advance ($449.04)
