This studio appartment has been recently renovated and has new carpet and floating floor and a fresh coat of paint . It’s right down the back of the property and has very good privacy and with a massive room size of 6 meters wide x 5.3 meters deep you can be sure to fit a decent size bed with plenty of room for a good couch and table set up. It also has a back 5.3 meter wide x 1.2 huge shelfing area that can store a heap of your stuff as indoor storage . Small kitchenette with small electric oven and cook top and large sink with shower and toilet all within same area. New bright lighting and curtains and with a decent new 3.5 kw reverse cycle aircon you will be confortable in all seasons.
Also shared use outdoor full kitchen and bbq in outdoor entertaining area by the pool. It’s like a small resort and it is great on those hot days for a swim and a bbq . The only bill will be electricity for the hot water and lights and aircon and will be an extra $100 per month ontop of the rent . No water, no gas bills

I’m a 55 year old company owner whom travels a lot and works long hours . Looking to rent the studio appartment now as everything has got more expensive and living alone in such a big property is alot harder financially now than it was a year or two ago . Prefer someone quiet but not a mouse who has the ability to mix with other in a social settling and be respectful on all levels. If you take drugs or have a problem with alchohol please don’t bother as I’m just not interested in anyone involved in it. Must be employed and be able to maintain a peaceful environment and be able to live in the proximity to others without any drama

I’m driven and have many hobbies including fishing and motor bike riding and especially travelling. Have vast experience in most things as have spent my life trying my hand at anything and everything.

I have 15 year old German sheppard whom is the centre of my world and from time to time I get a visit from my other 2 yr old staffy when my girlfriend visits. I also have a lizard that I saved from being eaten by a crow on a job one day but I’m pretty sure Lizzy won’t bother u lol
