This is a studio apartment in an owner occupied home in a very quiet Gold Coast hinterland setting with spectacular bushland views and outlook. One other full time working man in his twenties with his own full self contained garden unit plus the owner. Literally 20 minutes to everywhere as in Broadbeach, Southport, Surfers Robina Helensvale and Airport (except for roadwork delays).
