It has private entrance and you’ll have your own kitchenette and bathroom, completed with a ceiling fan and air conditioning!
There is a bus stop to Garden City right outside the house, approximately 9 minutes walk to Coopers Plains train station. Across the road, there is a library, a few different selections of restaurants and takeaway shops, a couple of convenience stores, 7eleven and a pharmacy.
$295 per week including wifi and water bill. Electricity separate so you can control your own use!
Our family lives upstairs, we are friendly but are very respectful to your privacy!
