With the bedroom you get the adjoining room that has been set up as a lounge/dining space ((bar fridge/ kettle) we would share the kitchen for cooking.
Bathroom- your own vanity and toilet, I would just need access to shower once a day. I have a separate vanity and toilet for myself, but no shower.
