Hi there. We are looking to fill the spare room in our 3-bedroom home. You will be living with two people in a beautiful large house that has a great layout that affords privacy and sociability with lots of space inside and out including 2 large outdoor gardens (front and back), a balcony, large bedrooms, a bathroom with bath/ shower, a 2nd toilet and 2 living areas. We are also fortunate to be one street from both Bondi Beach and Hall St shops.

The house comes fully furnished and put together by Mikey with a relaxing garden, and a beautiful Burmese cat named Nelson who headbutts you with love. Chirs the cook- a whizz in the kitchen also on call as the nicest person you will ever meet. We have all the mod cons including NBN, a large TV with Apple TV and heaps of streaming subscriptions, Sonos and smart lights in nearly every area.

Welcome to Casa de Lamrock. Your housemates Mike and Chris are 2 respectful, fun-loving guys that enjoy the outdoors and the Beach Lifestyle. We are Lifesavers at Tamarama and like having fun. Chris likes to cook, stay active outdoors and have a good time. Mikey enjoys pottering in the garden, working on his art and playing at the beach.

We have lived all over the world and with many people and really understand both the needs of a social dynamic for an enjoyable home but at the same respecting people's space and offering clear communication so that we can all feel at home and harmonious.
