All bedrooms are upstairs. Available one is the other end of the house from mine. The bathroom and toilet are for you as I have an ensuite. I believe there's a phone line for wi-fi. Double sliding door wardrobe. Reverse cycle air.

Close to train line, Midland shopping district, 5 mins to Reid/Roe Hwys. Backs on to bushland that joins Swan River and Woodbridge Riverside Park, with brilliant walkways, if you're into that. Unfortunately, the lease doesn't allow for any pets.
Your application will need to go through the property management team and your name added to the lease. It's up for renewal in September if we wish to renew. I love it here and plan on staying if I can find the right flattie 😁

Bills and expenses

We will divide the bills in 2. Water has been around $25 bi-monthly, gas around $90, electricity around $160. I have contents insurance for my stuff, you would have to cover your own if you want to have it.
At the moment I don't have internet connected, however I'm happy to share the cost if you want it as well.

About the occupants
There's only myself here now, my flattie had to move for work so now would like someone new to share with. I'm 49, straight chick and work as a lab tech full time. I'm a homebody mostly, as get paid peanuts! I like to listen to music, but not too loud as the neighbours are very close. I keep a fairly tidy and clean home, so would like someone similar please 😁 I don't mind a chat but really like my privacy too. I have a man friend, who doesn't live here, and he doesn't spend heaps of time here either...love our separate homes!
Occasionally my 13 year old, who lives north WA, will visit for a week or so in school hols, he's a good, kind, respectful kid but 😊

As mentioned, a fairly quiet, private, neat and tidy person would be great. A sense of humour is mandatory. I have a great, sometimes weird, funny bone and a laugh that could wake the dead, just warning you 😆
