Looking for a housemate to share an existing lease with, short term or long term, on Shanley Street, Pascoe Vale.
You would be living with myself and Emir, who occupy the other two bedrooms in the house. I work a lot, and Emir works and studies, so we are out a lot, but enjoy each other's company when we are home, and would hope to enjoy your company too!
Rent would be $270 per week for a single, and $320per week for a couple, and we would split the bills.
The room comes furnished with a queen bed, two bedside tables, built in robe, and a chest of drawers.
There's also two fire pits out the back, a barbeque, AC system in the loungeroom, and ducted heating. There's plants everywhere, I'd like to add a few more.
No preferences regarding gender/occupation, mid to late 20s/early 30s is good!
The owner doesn't really want pets - the only real constraint here.
