Home Description
Description of the home
I agree that 350 a week is quite a bit, but hear me out! This will be more like living in a private flat with a shared living room. You have a large bedroom upstairs, furnished or unfurnished, with a big built in robe. You have an ensuite bathroom with a step in bath. You have AC in the room, and you have a shared office across the hallway. Great if you work from home a few days a week. The only other occupied bedroom is way down on the bottom floor. This is as private as you can get before you just rent your own place.
The house itself is well furnished with mostly new furniture and appliances (except the couch, which I'm seriously considering upgrading. The cushions have gotten a bit saggy). The building is reasonably new (15~ years) house with a tram stop about 100 meters away (there's also a bus about 200 meters away if that's your thing). The neighbors are not mental and there's offstreet parking available.
You would be living with me, a self employed straight guy who has been here several years with a good relationship with the landlord. You would be replacing a friend of mine who has also lived here several years and is only moving out to travel.
This is a clean, safe, stable house with good public transport amenities and no crap
