A great property with plenty of room! big backyard/ entertainment area. I have an extra spare room which I don’t use so it’s perfect for your own media/ study or multipurpose room, no extra charge ;). feel free to use my Netflix, stan and Disney + as you wish.
I have 1 spare room for rent on the 04/06/24 with 1 shared bathroom and a separate toilet room. plenty of parking on the street/ driveway. The neighbourhood is very friendly and quiet (i've had no issues since moving in 3 years ago!). 5 min drive to highway, 1 minute walk from the house to a nice park. Plenty of bus stops and very local to shops and takeaway (2-minute drive to EVERYTHING!!).
I have solar panels so cheap bills!!! Added bonus 😉

I also have my dog, Buddy (7 y/o) he’s very sweet and won’t hurt a fly. On the weekends you’ll find me out in the surf or hiking I enjoy being out of the house seeing friends/ family and will be down for anything adventurous or outdoorsy! we all enjoy a good convo but are respectful with personal space and can also keep to ourselves when needed. we love a tidy home and I’m sure you do too, so we'd like someone who picks up after themselves and leaves a room as they found it!
This is not a party house as we are all pretty busy and need out sleep 😴🤠
